Stay in touch and be informed of many Christian activities in the Lower Mainland including Volleyball, BBQ’s, concerts, parties and many other fun social events. This list was started to facilitate an easy way for the Christian Community (typically single between 25 and 45 but not exclusive) to use technology to easily communicate with one another about what is going on in the Vancouver area and to create a community that is open to all who want to participate. Mailing list members receive email messages about upcoming events and activities in the Vancouver area.

To join this mailing list, all you have to do is send an email message to vancouverchristianevents-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. Please include a brief description of how you heard about this group/list. Once you send the email, it usually takes a couple days and then you will be a mailing list member. Please do not send test messages like "Hi, who is here?" or email spam. This line is to be used solely for events that are happening in the Christian community. If you have to ask whether or not to put it on the list - call Ron, the administrator, first! He says, "I do NOT want a lot of junk on this service and I am sure you don’t either. Thanks."

Click on the 'Subscribe' link at the top to sign up for the VCE email list. Your default email program will pop-up and start a new blank email message. Write a very brief description of how you heard about the email list, and press the 'Send' button and click 'OK' to any other messages. You will receive an email message from Yahoo! Groups asking you to confirm your subscription. Follow the instructions in that email message to confirm your subscription.

To see the current postings, click View Current Postings and sign in with your Yahoo ID and password. You do NOT need to be a group member to view these listings. However, you must join this group to have the emails sent to your mailbox and also to be able to post messages to send to the others on the list. You may also unsubscribe from the list for any reason.
